2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to hold a jubali account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party; (c) provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date; (d) not be subject to any self-exclusion order on jubali or any other platform administered by jubali; and (e) not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of jubali or any of its affiliated entities.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jubali is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Bangladeshi National ID Card (NID), a valid passport, or a valid driver's licence. jubali may additionally request proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued in Bangladesh) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jubali may result in the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one jubali account only. jubali's fraud detection systems actively monitor for duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jubali reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same individual, to void any pending or open bets, and to forfeit any bonus balances. Real-money deposits in duplicate accounts may be returned to the source payment method at jubali's sole discretion after a compliance review.

2.4 Account Accuracy

You must ensure that the name, date of birth, and contact details registered on your jubali account are accurate and match the identity documents you will provide during KYC verification. jubali reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where registration details are found to be materially inaccurate, and to withhold funds pending investigation where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or misrepresentation.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jubali currently accepts deposits and withdrawal requests via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa (debit and credit), and Mastercard (debit and credit). jubali may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. Availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location within Bangladesh and any applicable network restrictions.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed within your jubali account wallet at the time of requesting a transaction. jubali reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time and to apply enhanced due diligence checks for transactions above internally defined thresholds.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. jubali does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard MFS wallet transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, which are outside jubali's control. Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.

3.4 Deposit Funds Ownership

By making a deposit on jubali, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are lawfully yours and are not derived from any illegal activity. jubali is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Deposited funds may not be used for any purpose other than placing bets and playing casino games on the jubali platform.

4.1 Bet Acceptance

jubali reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. A bet is only confirmed once jubali has issued a bet confirmation reference number to your account. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not valid and will not be honoured.

4.2 Odds and Market Errors

jubali makes every effort to ensure that odds and market prices are accurate at the time of display. In the event that a manifest error occurs — including, but not limited to, the publication of obviously incorrect odds, the misidentification of a team or player, or a technical fault that generates erroneous prices — jubali reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. jubali's decision on manifest errors is final.

4.3 Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum completion criteria for that market are met (as defined in jubali's sport-specific rules), affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. Where an event is temporarily suspended but subsequently completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6), bets will stand unless jubali's sport-specific rules provide otherwise.

4.4 In-Play Betting

jubali offers in-play (live) betting on selected cricket, football, and other sports markets. In-play bet acceptance is subject to market availability and may be suspended at any point during a live event. jubali's in-play settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Delays in live data feeds do not constitute grounds for voiding or amending settled in-play bets.

4.5 Casino Game Outcomes

All casino games offered through jubali — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slots from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and NetEnt, and crash games from Spribe — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or physical dealing procedures. jubali does not influence game outcomes. Game results are final once the round is completed and settled by the relevant game engine.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All jubali bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated on each individual promotion page. Bets placed on excluded games, or bets below the minimum qualifying stake, do not count towards wagering completion.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

All jubali bonuses carry an expiry period, which begins from the date the bonus is credited to your account. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that have not been converted to real-money funds within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically. jubali will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jubali reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using coordinated betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements at reduced risk, placing bets on both sides of a market to clear a bonus, and any other conduct that jubali determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

6.1 Deposit and Betting Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps and betting limits from within their jubali account settings. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and permanent closure via their jubali account settings or by contacting support. During an active self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended, and jubali will suppress all marketing communications to that account. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months or longer cannot be reversed before the elected end date.

6.3 Account Closure by the Player

You may request permanent closure of your jubali account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Permanently closed accounts cannot be reopened; a new account may only be created after a mandatory 30-day cooling-off period.

6.4 Account Closure by jubali

jubali reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, underage gambling, failure to complete KYC verification, or evidence of problem gambling where continued access is assessed to be harmful to the player. jubali will provide written notice where legally required to do so.

7.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the jubali platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall design and layout of the site — is the intellectual property of jubali or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jubali content without prior written consent from jubali.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

jubali provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jubali disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. jubali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — the jubali platform, including losses arising from technical outages, data loss, or third-party service failures.

7.3 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and jubali arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jubali platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting jubali support. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days of written notice, the parties may pursue resolution through formal legal channels as permitted by applicable law.

7.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in any respect, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
